External Daily Backups

To make sure the backups on your website don’t take any server space or bandwidth, we have the backups secure on an external AWS server. If your website got hacked, or something happens with your host, we always have a secure version of your website hosted externally.

The external AWS servers are GDPR-proof and stored for 90 days.

Uptime monitoring

We’ll be the first ones to know when something is happening with your website. We get notifications on our phone, 24/7, when your website returns unusual loading times, server errors or when it simply crashes. Rest assured we’ve got you covered.

Monthly Reports

To make sure you are involved in our maintenance services and not just send you a monthly invoice, you will also receive a monthly report that tracks all updates, interventions, backups pulled and security patches we applied to your website.
