the Low Countries in the digital era
Erfdeel (De Lage Landen), a beacon of cultural and societal reflection in the Low Countries, has always thrived on providing quality insights and fostering connections. As the digital era continually reshapes the way organizations function, Erfdeel sought to enhance its operations, ensuring they not only meet but exceed the expectations of their global audience.
Our approach.
Understanding the importance of efficiency and user experience, our primary objective was to streamline Erfdeel’s ecommerce operations.
Recognizing the gaps in their existing system, we identified the need to bridge their website with their ecommerce store, while also ensuring a smooth transition to their new CRM system, Focus Teamleader. The goal was twofold: to automate processes and minimize the chance of errors, all while maintaining a seamless experience for the end-users. This involved closely monitoring payment processes, scrutinizing metadata, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and subscription setups.
At the heart of this transformation was the integration layer we developed. This layer was specifically tailored to interface with Mollie, Erfdeel’s payment provider, ensuring real-time tracking of transactions. By leveraging advanced API integrations, we facilitated automatic invoice generation and subscription management based on the payment details and metadata. The technology not only minimized manual intervention but also provided a robust and error-resistant framework. This ensured that Erfdeel’s transition to their new CRM, Focus Teamleader, was not just smooth but also enhanced their operational capabilities, making them future-ready.
