Weevo
Visit Weevo websiteA recruitment site is only as good as how current its jobs are. So we made Carerix the source and weevo.be the view: recruiters post once in the ATS, and the website keeps itself honest: no CMS, no copy-paste, no stale vacancy.
The Client
A recruitment website that keeps itself current, because the vacancies live in Carerix
- HR services: recruitment, outsourcing and assessment (BE)
- Public website + employer branding
- Vacancies synced live from the Carerix ATS
- Filters driven by Carerix attribute data
- Multilingual NL / FR / EN

Recruiters live in Carerix. The website just shows what’s there.
Weevo is an HR services firm: recruitment and selection, HR outsourcing, assessment and development centres, talent scans. Their recruiters work where recruiters work: in Carerix, the applicant-tracking system. That is where a vacancy is created, edited, opened and closed.
The website is the public face, and its hardest job is the open vacancies. A jobs page is only as good as how current it is, and “current” cannot depend on someone remembering to update it. So we made the jobs page read itself from Carerix.

Strategy
Our approach
-
Discovery
The risk in any recruitment site is the gap between the ATS and the website: a job filled in Carerix but still live on the site, a new vacancy that takes a week to appear, a recruiter copy-pasting a description into a CMS they would rather never open.
-
Vacancies from the ATS
Open positions come straight out of Carerix. The site renders the overview and detail pages; the recruiters keep working in the system they already live in. Open a vacancy in Carerix and it appears; close it and it goes. The website is always as current as the ATS, by construction.
-
Filters & apply flow
The categories and attributes a candidate filters on are pulled from Carerix’s own attribute data, so the filters match the way the recruiters actually classify their roles. A candidate applies on the site and the application returns to Carerix, into the pipeline, rather than into an inbox someone has to forward.
-
Brand & employer branding
Around the jobs sit the pages that make people want to apply: the service pages, the employer-branding stories aimed at young HR professionals, and the client testimonials, multilingual across Dutch, French and English, on an SEO-minded URL structure.
Post once in the ATS. The site keeps itself honest.
Synced from Carerix
Open positions come straight out of the ATS, so the jobs page is always as current as Carerix.
Filters from the source
Candidate filters are pulled from Carerix’s own attribute data, not a hand-maintained second list.
Apply flow back into the pipeline
Applications return to Carerix, into the recruiters’ workflow, instead of an inbox.
Built for the brand
Service pages, employer-branding stories and testimonials, multilingual across NL, FR and EN.
