Madonna at KMSKA
Madonna is omnipresent in Antwerp. As the subject of works throughout the KMSKA, as the city’s patron saint, as one of the 160 statues watching over its streets. From now on, she’s also the grand café, fine dining restaurant, and bar at the KMSKA.
Like the setting around it, Madonna brings taste and a quiet, timeless class together into something of its own. At the table, on your plate, and in your glass.

UX/UI Design
Design and branding for this project came from our partners at Kantoor KOLOS.
Development
The site is built on WordPress, the best fit for a multilingual restaurant website. Madonna can maintain everything themselves: changing menu items and prices, adding new sections, and translating it all. The client manages every image and every piece of content, without any risk of breaking the design. Color palettes follow the page layouts automatically, and animations and page transitions all stay exactly where they should be.
Three-themed website
The site has three themes, one for each part of the restaurant: the grand café, the restaurant, and the bar. Visit each section and the whole site shifts to a different color palette. A standard theme for the grand café, a brown-ocher theme for the restaurant, and a black theme for the bar. Each one sits perfectly in line with Madonna’s style and branding.
