Viewbox builds modular spaces that pair real efficiency with a premium finish. The approach is built for tight timelines and high expectations, turning a creative vision into something you can actually stand inside.

Working with premium brands, Viewbox delivers on Spantech Group’s promise: tailored temporary and permanent buildings, made to order, anywhere in the world.

It started with a simple idea, that modular construction didn’t have to compromise on how a building looks or how well it works. That thinking still holds today. Viewbox designs and builds custom spaces around what each client actually needs, and the aesthetics keep pace with the engineering.

Technologies used

Hubspot Integration

The contact forms on the site are integrated directly with the HubSpot CRM. That lets us use custom-designed forms instead of HubSpot’s own embeds. Loading external iframes hurts performance and adds a security risk to your site.

Custom fields give us full flexibility: which fields the form uses, and how the layout adapts across desktop, tablet, and phone. When a form is submitted, an API request sends the data straight to Viewbox’s HubSpot CRM.

It also means we can pass hidden fields along with the submission, adding extra context like the page the form was filled in from, or the language the user selected on the site.

UX/UI Design

Viewbox is part of Spantech, and for this project we worked with brand and design studio Studio Onion in Brussels. They delivered the overall design system in Figma, and we pulled everything from there, assets, grids, colors, fonts, to kickstart development on the Viewbox site.

Development

The site runs on WordPress and uses Barba.js to move smoothly from page to page. That keeps loading fast and navigation fluid across the whole site. Our aim was to make Viewbox stand out online as much as they do offline, going the extra mile where it counts without leaning on animations and WebGL for their own sake.

Support

Our work with Spantech didn’t end when their corporate site launched. We helped them migrate all their hosting packages to a more cost-effective setup. As their digital partner, we also built the website for their child company, Viewbox.
